Honey & Mustard Glazed Gammon Joint

1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/ Gas mark 4.

2. To make the honey & mustard glaze, place the runny honey, wholegrain mustard and Dijon mustard in a bowl and whisk until smooth.

3. Place the gammon joint in a roasting tray with ½ a cup of stock if using. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes per 450g.

4. Remove the foil and brush the gammon with the honey mustard glaze. Cook for a further 40 minutes, glazing every 10 minutes.

Top Tip: Adding a little stock to the pan will keep the gammon moist and stop burning. You can make the glaze well in advance to save time and the more you baste the gammon with the glaze the stickier the outside will be.
