Tender Stem Broccoli With Roast Garlic Oil & Lemon Zest

1) Clean the tender stem broccoli by trimming any brown bits off bottom of stems, leave the leaves on the broccoli as they are fine to eat.

2) Add the broccoli to a pot of boiling salt water and cook for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is just tender but still has a crunch to it.

3) Strain the broccoli and let it sit for 1-2 minutes to ensure all the water has been drained.

4) Arrange the broccoli on a platter and drizzle with the garlic oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemon zest, serve warm.
