Lest We Forget

Remembrance Sunday is a time when we all take 2 minutes out of our daily routine to remember the service men and women that gave their lives for us.

Armistice Day commemorates the signing of the armistice between the Allies of World War 1 and Germany at 11am on the 11th of November, 1918. There is a 2 minutes silence on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month and on Remembrance Sunday. At the end of the war poppies were the first flowers to grow on the battlefields.

Join us today in remembering everything that these brave soldiers did for our country.
