From Monday 24th to Sunday 30th March well be celebrating National Butchers Week at Keelham where the butchers are the backbone of the farm shop. Join us on Monday to Friday at 12pm and 4pm for demonstrations from our apprentice butchers and master butchers, and tasting sessions, where you can find out how to cook a perfect joint the Keelham Way. With over 250 years of experience between them, the team will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have about preparing and cooking your favourite cut. Ethos roasting tins will be on sale for just 5.99 (usually 19.99) and brick pot cookers will be available for just 7.99, meaning you'll be able to recreate our delicious recipes for joints of pork with perfect crackling, beef with Yorkshire puddings and tender pulled pork at home.
