We've got the inspiring Monalisa Fathima, from Saffron Tree, sampling their amazing range of authentic Indian curries in the shop this week.
New to Keelham Farm Shop this month, Harrogate-based Saffron Tree's range is based on a collection of classic dishes passed down to Monalisa from family and friends.
The brand was born after Monalisa underwent sight-saving eye surgery in hospital. Being forced to rely on supermarket-ready meals during her recovery, she realised there was a gap in the retail market for authentic home-cooked Indian food and the rest is history!
Monalisa will be in the shop on Friday 28th February and Saturday 29th February between 11:30am and 4pm. The first 50 customers to buy two mains and one side will receive a branded spice tin and bag for life absolutely free. Don't miss out!
