Sam from Hesper Farm is one of our food hero. Hesper Farm has been home to Sam’s family and their award-winning pedigree herd for many generations. They share our values of high-welfare, sustainable farming. From a purpose-built dairy at Hesper Farm in the Yorkshire Dales, they are a young team pioneering bold, innovative food. They don’t follow the herd and they never will.

Otterbeck Distillery

Otterbeck Distillery is just 6 miles away from Keelham. Their location is the inspiration for Cotton Gin - distilled slowly with patience and passion, using botanicals foraged locally from the many hedgerows and moorlands. Their 18th century, five storey cotton and silk mill was erected on the banks of the River Aire. Their Gin reflects the history of the building and one of the machines is the source of the name of Cotton Gin.

Lottie Shaw's

Lottie's Great Aunt baked their original recipes of regional specialities in Yorkshire over 100 years ago. Inspired by her history and family recipes Lottie has carried on the journey of her family's passion for baking. Now baking a wide range of products Lottie Shaw's has been crowned The Official Taste of Yorkshire and we are proud to stock her range both in our shop and they feature in our much loved Hampers.
