Christmas Pre-Order – Terms & Conditions 2021


When placing an order, please select a collection time and date first. This time will be held for 2 hours whilst placing the order.

Keelham Farm Shop has taken reasonable precautions to ensure that prices quoted on the Website are correct and that all products have been described reasonably accurately. However, when ordering products through the Website, you note and accept that:

  • the weights, dimensions and capacities shown on the Website are approximate only and may be subject to change;
  • packaging may vary from that shown on the Website;
  • products shown are not the actual size;
  • numbers of serving in the product descriptions are for guidance purposes only;
  • any garnish, decoration, serving dish, utensils are not included unless stated in the product description;
  • all products are subject to availability, meaning We may not always be able to supply your order. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) you have ordered are not available and, if agreeable to you, we may offer you alternative products of equal or higher value and or of similar value;
  • orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the products or their prices as advertised on this Website, and subject to the successful authorisation and processing of your payment;
  • the products and promotions, which are offered on the Website, may not be available in-store and vice-versa.



Certain products may contain allergen such as eggs, nuts and/or gluten. Please look at individual product packaging for guidance on the ingredients, freshness guarantee and use by dates. We do not accept any liability, as far as allowed by law, for any reactions that result from the consumption of products that contain ingredients you are allergic or intolerant to, when such ingredients are stated on the packaging.

Purchase of Meat and Poultry

When purchasing meat and/or poultry, prices quoted on the Website are an estimated price only, as price is based upon weight and size. This may mean that upon collection of your Christmas food order you will find that your estimated total order price has been adjusted in accordance with the weight of chosen products.

The price adjustment, mentioned above, may increase or decrease your estimated Christmas food to order total. Where there is a variation in price, Keelham Farm Shop will try to ensure that the meat and/or poultry you are provided with will be as similar in value to the price quoted to you upon ordering.


For collection, a £30 non-refundable deposit is required for each order and there is a minimum £30 order value per order.

All deposits must be paid for at the time of ordering. We regret that usually no refunds can be given if you cancel or do not collect your order on your nominated collection date.

Payment of the deposit must be by credit or debit card. We cannot accept payment of the deposit by voucher or any other payment methods.

Collection Times:

Ordered products must be collected on your nominated collection date and time slot. We will make every reasonable effort to keep your order until the store closes on your nominated collection date. If you do not collect it before this time your order will be cancelled, and your payment forfeited.

Orders placed for Collection before Christmas can be picked up only on the following range of dates: 22nd, 23rd and 24th of December 2021. You will be asked to select Your preferred Collection Time from this range of dates.

Please ensure you have a copy of your order reference and/or proof of identification when you collect your order.

If you would like to collect items on more than one collection date, please complete a separate order for each collection.

We will only fulfil orders containing alcohol to persons over the age of 18.  Proof of age may be required. Where the customer is not aged 18 or over, Keelham Farm Shop has the right to refuse to supply the order where such an order contains alcohol.

Please note that Christmas food to order products ordered through this Website will not be delivered. All products must be collected from Keelham Farm Shop, Gargrave Road, Skipton.

Amending Your Order

You can amend and/or cancel Your Christmas food order by emailing foodtoewe@keelhamfarmshop.co.uk. We will endeavour to fulfil your request for amending, however we will notify you if an item is out of stock. This does not affect your statutory rights, as applicable.

Keelham Loyalty Club Members

Keelham Loyalty Club members can benefit from 5% off their entire order on collection. Loyalty card holders must please still pay the full £30 deposit at the time of placing your order. The 5% will be applied to the total, and the £30 deposit retrospectively, when paying the remainder on collection.
